1.Click on Start option and Power icon, then press and hold on Shift key, and click Restart at the same time.

No, RAM memory is not expandable in ZED Series because in ZED Series devices RAM memory is mounted on PCB and it is not detachable.

"Power light is ON" means power cord and adapter is normally working but device fails to boot due to disfunction of other major components.

Instruction of adapter
Please use I LIFE original adapter for your laptop to avoid compatibility issue.
Try not to place the adapter on floor while in use. Wheel of office chair also easily damages the cable and leads to short circuit or loose contact for cable.
Do not use different adapters as plug in different sizes of connector might cause damage.
Even though the size of DC Jack is the same, please ensure the spec of adapter is the same.
Check whether the status of speaker is "mute"
Click the "volume" icon at the right bottom corner of desktop toolbar
Check if its "mute". Below image (left) mute; (right) normal
Test by raising the volume .
Check whether the Device Manager is normally working and appear with exclamation mark
Start menu -> Control Panel -> Device Manager
Check whether it appears with the exclamation mark
If there is, it's suggested that download the latest Audio driver from I LIFE official website and install or visit to nearest service center to fix the issue .
